Job Description

Partner & Product Marketing Manager at CrashPlan enhancing partner pipeline and marketing strategy for growth. Collaborating closely with teams to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve marketing strategy for key go-to-market and technology partners
  • Understand partners’ business objectives and develop aligned GTM strategies
  • Develop joint marketing plans and campaigns that motivate seller behavior
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate demand
  • Develop and deliver enablement to partner and CrashPlan field
  • Analyze and report on progress against key performance indicators
  • Develop messaging and positioning for defined solution areas

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a partner and/or product marketing role
  • Microsoft ecosystem experience a strong plus
  • Strength at building both internal and external relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability
  • Track record of developing impactful messaging and sales enablement
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, collaborative environments
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of time annually
