Job Description
Partners & Alliances Manager managing and growing Conga’s partner network. Driving business with existing partners and collaborating with marketing, customer success, and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- manage, develop, and grow Conga’s partner network
- drive business with existing partners (GSI, RSI, Distributors, Resellers, and ISVs)
- identify relevant growth opportunities
- work closely with Conga’s marketing, customer success, product management and sales teams
- increase partners’ sales by identifying target accounts and joint account mapping
- support sales activities including sales enablement, webinars, and customer calls
- report results to key internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in driving sales with partners
- history in building collaborative relationships with partners
- experience with technology platforms and developing new solutions
- Bachelor's degree (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations)
- MBA
