Job Description
Payroll & HR Manager overseeing payroll operations and HR support for healthcare staffing. Managing payroll compliance and employee records in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete payroll cycle for multi-state workforce
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely payments
- Maintain payroll compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting labor requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities on staff credentialing requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years payroll management experience
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations
- Experience with HR systems and payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
