Job Description

Payroll & HR Manager overseeing payroll operations and HR support for healthcare staffing. Managing payroll compliance and employee records in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete payroll cycle for multi-state workforce
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure timely payments
  • Maintain payroll compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with federal contracting labor requirements
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with healthcare facilities on staff credentialing requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years payroll management experience
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations
  • Experience with HR systems and payroll software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
