Job Description
Spanish-Speaking Payroll Lead overseeing payroll processing for a home remodeling company. Requires QuickBooks Online expertise and minimum 3 years payroll experience in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing for our growing team.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency in processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team to meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Develop solutions to payroll processing problems.
- Work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.
- Strong experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience processing payroll for U.S.-based companies preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll compliance, employee deductions, and payroll reporting preferred.
