Job Description

Spanish-Speaking Payroll Lead overseeing payroll processing for a home remodeling company. Requires QuickBooks Online expertise and minimum 3 years payroll experience in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll processing for our growing team.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency in processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Strong experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
  • Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience processing payroll for U.S.-based companies preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll compliance, employee deductions, and payroll reporting preferred.
