Job Description
Spanish-Speaking Payroll Lead overseeing payroll processing for a home remodeling company. Requires QuickBooks Online experience and attention to detail in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience processing payroll for U.S.-based companies preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll compliance, employee deductions, and payroll reporting preferred.
