Job Description
Payroll Lead overseeing payroll processing at Payless Kitchens, Cabinets & Bath Makeover. Require strong QuickBooks Online experience and Spanish fluency preferred for a remote position.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.
- Strong experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience processing payroll for U.S.-based companies preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll compliance, employee deductions, and payroll reporting preferred.
