Job Description
Part-Time Payroll & Timekeeping Administrator reviewing timecards and ensuring accurate attendance records. Supporting payroll processing with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review and proof employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
- Identify attendance concerns, discrepancies, and policy violations
- Adjust time entries as needed in accordance with company policies
- Generate and run timekeeping and attendance reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee time and attendance records
- Communicate clearly with managers and staff regarding timecard corrections
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior payroll or timekeeping experience required (proofing or auditing timecards preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently
- Able to start immediately**
