Job Description

Part-Time Payroll & Timekeeping Administrator reviewing timecards and ensuring accurate attendance records. Supporting payroll processing with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and proof employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify attendance concerns, discrepancies, and policy violations
  • Adjust time entries as needed in accordance with company policies
  • Generate and run timekeeping and attendance reports
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee time and attendance records
  • Communicate clearly with managers and staff regarding timecard corrections
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior payroll or timekeeping experience required (proofing or auditing timecards preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently
  • Able to start immediately**
