Job Description
Performance Affiliate Growth Manager responsible for creator channel growth at Community Phone. Driving $10k+/month MRR through marketing strategies on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Full performance ownership of the creator affiliate channel: Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding creators
- Activating them quickly with clear expectations
- Iterating based on what actually converts
- Scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t
- Creator outbound across relevant platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- High-volume early, increasingly selective over time
- Revenue accountability: You are responsible for MRR output and efficiency
- Success is measured in dollars, not activity
Requirements:
- Prior experience with affiliates, creators, partnerships, or performance growth is a plus
