Job Description

PTP Headhunting Intern sourcing and screening candidates for top startups in the US and EU. Focused on growing and connecting exceptional candidates with impactful opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source high-quality candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates based on role requirements
  • Endorse qualified candidates to the recruitment team
  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and trackers
  • Collaborate with recruiters to refine Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs)
  • Send outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates
  • Ensure quality and alignment with non-negotiables before endorsement

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate quality
  • Good communication and outreach skills
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools or willingness to learn quickly
