Job Description
PTP Headhunting Intern sourcing and screening candidates for top startups in the US and EU. Focused on growing and connecting exceptional candidates with impactful opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source high-quality candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates based on role requirements
- Endorse qualified candidates to the recruitment team
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and trackers
- Collaborate with recruiters to refine Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs)
- Send outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates
- Ensure quality and alignment with non-negotiables before endorsement
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate quality
- Good communication and outreach skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools or willingness to learn quickly
