Job Description

Recruiter partnering with APAC regional leadership to source and hire top talent. Managing candidate experience and negotiation of employment terms in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our regional leadership and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements
  • Create and execute search strategies to source active & passive candidates through industry research, networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity, attention to detail and proactive communication
  • Negotiate with the selected candidate on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical Recruitment experience
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles in various countries across APAC (including but not limited to Japan, Australia, Korea, Singapore)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines, KPIs and other goals as defined
