Job Description
Executive Business Partner supporting C-level leaders and driving collaboration across teams in a remote setup. Managing complex priorities to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, understanding priorities and helping drive execution
- Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling with strong judgment
- Coordinate cross-functional work and ensure follow-through on key initiatives
- Prepare materials, summaries, and briefings for internal and external discussions
- Identify gaps, risks, and misalignment early, and help resolve them
- Improve workflows and ways of working to increase efficiency and clarity
- Communicate clearly across teams, adapting to different stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Requirements:
- Experience in executive support, operations, or similar roles
- Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Clear, concise communication across different audiences
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
