Job Description

Performance Marketing Manager*in für SEO, Google Ads und Social Media bei einer Digitalagentur. Betreuung ganzheitlicher Kundenprojekte von Strategie und Content bis Conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Develop and implement SEO and GEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analyses
  • Develop data-driven concepts
  • Create and optimize landing pages using WordPress, Shopify, and Elementor
  • Implement and evaluate tracking setups
  • Develop social media content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create audience-specific content, including video formats
  • Plan and implement paid social campaigns
  • Analyze and continuously optimize performance
  • Manage your own client projects
  • Advise and communicate with clients in German and English
  • Identify optimization opportunities and derive concrete measures
  • Contribute to the agency’s own marketing activities and public presence
  • Participate in photoshoots and on-camera appearances

Requirements:

  • Experience in performance marketing (Google and social media)
  • Proficient in working with keywords, campaign structures, and data-driven analyses
  • Experience creating content; video editing skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify)
  • Holistic understanding of marketing, from initial reach through conversion
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident on-camera presence
  • Ability to advise and communicate in German and English
