Job Description
Remote Specialty Mail Order Pharmacist providing pharmaceutical care, patient education, and chronic disease management. Serving Texas patients and healthcare professionals for CVS Health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Provide leadership and guidance to supporting staff
- Ensure accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services
- Monitor drug therapy
- Provide patient education
- Provide drug information
- Manage chronic disease states for clinical programs
Requirements:
- Current Pharmacist License in good standing in the state of Texas
- Six months pharmacy experience
- Six months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
- Must reside in the State of Texas
- Bachelor’s / Pharm D degree in Pharmacy
- Licenses in other states desirable
- Prefer Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
