Job Description
Remote Pharmacy Technician supporting CVS Health patients, pharmacy care, and inventory programs. Handling retail pharmacy calls, drug orders, and prescription service enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the Retail Customer Care Call Center supporting Pharmacy Care Team and Inventory Control programs
- Assist patients with their pharmacy needs
- Present and enroll patients in various pharmacy services to improve levels of care
- Interact with CVS pharmacy staff and other care providers to streamline the prescription experience
- Receive inbound calls from CVS retail pharmacies
- Accurately record non-preferred drug orders
- Provide order status information as requested
- Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with standard operating procedures
- Complete virtual training
Requirements:
- Resident of Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas or Vermont
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
- Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island via application form and fee (formal training not required)
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications
- Ability to complete all required training programs
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
