Job Description
Lead Platform Operations Expert at OutSystems, shaping the future of enterprise software and AI. Oversee global technical strategy and transition to Autonomous Platform Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy for global, multi-environment OutSystems setups
- Define the security and data residency protocols for AI agents operating within the OutSystems platform
- Lead the transition from manual platform maintenance to Autonomous Platform Engineering
- Design the 'Platform Workbench' to automate routine administrative tasks
- Influence the OutSystems Product Management team by providing field-tested requirements
Requirements:
- 8-10 years in IT Operations
- Mastery of AIOps frameworks, private LLM hosting, and secure AI gateway management
- 8+ years in platform-level technical leadership
- Certifications: OutSystems Expert; Advanced Security/Cloud Architecture credentials
