Job Description
Remote Dutch customer operations expert supporting a major European e-commerce brand. Handling operations responsibilities with rotational shifts and paid training.
Responsibilities:
- Handle operations customer expert responsibilities for a major European e-commerce brand
- Work remotely from home
- Work rotational shifts Monday–Sunday, 07:00–23:00
- Complete six days of fully paid comprehensive training
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written Dutch communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Readiness to complete two quick online screening assessments
- Availability for rotational shifts Monday–Sunday, 07:00–23:00
- Full-time or part-time availability
