Job Description
Sales Executive driving cybersecurity, digital AI, and MOM software transformation for automotive and tire manufacturers. Leading complex enterprise sales pursuits and customer relationships across Michigan or Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Guide strategic digital transformation pursuits across assigned accounts or region
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close across Cyber, Digital, and MOM solution areas
- Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite
- Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions
- Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities
- Focus on long-term value creation and customer success
- Report to the Director, Secure Digital Operations
- Work remotely from anywhere in Michigan or Ohio
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
- Ability to travel 40% of the time
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
- 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software)
- Experience selling to large companies in the automotive and tire industries
- Experience selling digital solutions including AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization
- Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
- Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms
