Job Description

Customer Support Representative assisting Polish-speaking clients with automotive insurance inquiries and claims. Engaging in ongoing training and collaborating to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and claims related to automotive insurance, offering clear guidance and resolutions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet service level objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about insurance policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in insurance or automotive sectors, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
