Job Description
Customer Support Representative assisting Polish-speaking clients with automotive insurance inquiries and claims. Engaging in ongoing training and collaborating to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries and claims related to automotive insurance, offering clear guidance and resolutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet service level objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about insurance policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in insurance or automotive sectors, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
