Job Description

PPC Strategist responsible for executing paid search campaigns for Disruptive Advertising’s eCommerce clients. Consulting with clients on digital marketing strategies and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to consult on overall paid search digital marketing strategies that create a win-win relationship
  • Build and execute pay-per-click advertising campaigns inside of Google Ads & Microsoft PPC ads
  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs
  • Develop paid search strategy based on client-specific goals
  • Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords & audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with clients’ goals
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
  • Identify, maximize and present new opportunities for client growth
  • Create quarterly business reviews and other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
  • Manage Google Merchant Center, including feed optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring product ads are accurate and optimized as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing ~15+ Google PPC accounts simultaneously, in an eCommerce-focused digital marketing agency
  • Proven experience managing $150,000–$250,000+ per month in ad spend across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with proven ability to leverage new customer acquisition strategies
  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Merchant Center, including feed optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring product ads are accurate and optimized as needed
  • 1-2+ years experience developing and executing revenue-focused PPC strategies that drive measurable eCommerce growth
  • 1–2+ years working in GA4 and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present strategy and create client buy-in
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
