Job Description
Pre-Litigation Case Manager reviewing Personal Injury claims at TopDog Law in Georgia. Supporting attorneys and clients through the pre-litigation process with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims
- Support the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages
- Prepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries, billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase
- Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage, provide documentation, track claim status
- Maintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines and treatment progress
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Georgia
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required)
