Job Description

Pre-Litigation Case Manager reviewing Personal Injury claims at TopDog Law in Georgia. Supporting attorneys and clients through the pre-litigation process with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims
  • Support the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages
  • Prepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries, billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage, provide documentation, track claim status
  • Maintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines and treatment progress

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Georgia
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required)
