Job Description

Clinical Product Specialist developing AI systems for healthcare, ensuring clinical safety and accuracy in AI design processes. Collaborating with teams to validate and enhance AI products based on nursing insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between clinical reality and AI capability by contributing to product development.
  • Execute clinical validation protocols and author test cases to meet high standards.
  • Provide clinical insights to shape product decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Conduct user research at health systems, gather feedback, and synthesize observations for the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical validation in product design and enhancement decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (BSN, BA, BS, or equivalent).
  • Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in your practicing state.
  • 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings.
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
  • Experience with language models or conversational AI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety and clinical ethics.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Intellectual rigor.
