Job Description

Pricing Specialist handling order reviews and discrepancies for Enovis Corporation. Collaborating with National Accounts, Customer Service, and sales teams to optimize pricing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing incoming orders to ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Works closely with National Accounts, Customer Service, and the sales organization to communicate process improvements and/or corrective actions to help optimize pricing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reviews orders in pricing management dashboard or marked price correction in workflow queues.
  • Works closely with Customer Service to review and resolve orders with PO Issues and Uncollected Invoices.
  • Compare incoming orders against ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system orders (Oracle) and contract documentation in Salesforce, to ensure accurate prices are being invoiced, based on the Surgical Pricing Policy.
  • Research contract documentation to interpret terms, accurate pricing, and special pricing rules.
  • Communicates with Contracts Team any pricing discrepancies not following the Enovis Surgical Pricing Policy.
  • Communicates pricing discrepancies to respective parties, being sales organization, customer service, or customers.
  • Identify GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) or IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) affiliation on accounts with no pricing in ERP system.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual role – must be proficient with written and verbal English skills.
  • Mix of 3 or more years: Customer service experience -preferred- and Data Entry experience.
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand medical device contract language with high accuracy
  • Knowledge of PDF, Word, Excel.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
