Job Description
Pricing Specialist providing pricing services and customer master data maintenance for Labcorp remotely. Collaborating on process improvements and ensuring accurate account information handling.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the setup and maintenance of all customer account information
- Document, review, and enter/update customer account information in LabCorp systems
- Maintain and distribute relevant information in support of customer/test level pricing decisions
- Retrieve, manipulate and understand data from multiple sources
- Operates, understands, and appropriately engages all pricing templates, pricing calculators
- Complete all projects, including any documentation for compliance
- Research, investigate and support resolution of pricing issues arising from customer inquiries
- Prepare and distribute pre-defined documents/files of data
Requirements:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of related business experience
- Relevant work experience in Healthcare field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience in Customer Master and Pricing preferred.
