Job Description
Junior Commercial Analyst supporting lead qualification and crafting proposals for Datarisk. Transforming client needs into clear solutions with a remote work model.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in qualifying leads alongside the commercial team;
- Participate in calls to understand potential clients' requirements;
- Map needs in simple, clear language to support solution development;
- Based on templates and guidance, help prepare proposals (scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing);
- Structure concise, objective overviews that connect the client's problem to Datarisk's solution;
- Transform commercial and technical information into clear, visual, and impactful slides;
- Work with the team to iterate presentations according to feedback and the opportunity's maturity;
- Support basic CRM data maintenance;
- Update and monitor simple pipeline and commercial activity reports.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Google Slides to create and edit presentations;
- Intermediate Excel/Sheets (basic formulas, filters, Pivot Tables);
- Familiarity with CRMs;
- Prior experience assisting with commercial proposals or structuring documents;
- High curiosity and a strong desire to learn;
- Clear written and verbal communication focused on impact;
- Willingness to take on challenges and grow at a fast pace;
- High responsibility and commitment to deliverables;
- Proactive attitude to suggest improvements;
- Willingness to learn commercial frameworks, sales metrics, and proposal models.
