Job Description
Principal Consultant guiding health systems through StrataJazz decision-support implementation and adoption. Leading analytics solutions, customer engagements, team mentoring, and advisory-services growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of multiple concurrent Healthcare Decision Support system design and/or adoption projects
- Ensure project outcomes align with customer goals, best practices, and organizational standards
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee development and deployment of Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Downstream Reporting solutions
- Lead strategic and operational customer interactions, proactively manage issues, and deliver measurable value and satisfaction
- Mentor and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and performance feedback
- Identify expanded-service opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in strategic customer planning
- Improve project delivery methodologies, standard documentation, and internal training initiatives
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20-35%
- Ability to guide system design, implementation testing, and adoption of StrataJazz® Decision Support
- Experience or capability in healthcare decision support, cost accounting, service line margin analytics, and downstream reporting
- Ability to lead customer engagements through discovery, solution design, system configuration, user adoption, and performance management/optimization
- Ability to mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Ability to support business development, proposals, and strategic planning
