Job Description

Prozessmanager managing clinical processes and stakeholder communication at Dedalus. Focusing on improving healthcare technology and operations for better patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary subject-matter contact for clinical processes across the entire patient and user journey
  • Understand and explain end-to-end processes, including upstream and downstream workflows and their dependencies
  • Present the standard in a customer-appropriate and consistent manner
  • Act as intermediary between clinical process requirements and application specialists
  • Document and communicate process decisions, deviations and risks, as well as the clinical project status
  • Enable clinical stakeholders to make informed process decisions and ensure acceptance and sustainable integration of the defined processes into daily clinical practice

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in clinical practice or in process-oriented consulting for healthcare organizations, including core clinical processes and adjacent administrative areas (e.g., billing, medical controlling, quality assurance)
  • Solid clinical education (degree or professional qualification in healthcare), ideally complemented by qualifications in business administration (BWL), process management, or project management
  • Strong process and analytical skills with the ability to view processes in a structured end-to-end manner
  • Experience in professional concept development, process specification, and SOP creation, and knowledge of change and transformation methods in the clinical environment
  • Consulting-oriented personality with empathy and a consistent results focus, and a confident presence in challenging project and decision-making situations
  • Analytical thinking and persuasive interprofessional communication skills
  • High willingness to travel — approximately 60%
