Job Description
Procurement Manager overseeing Goods Not For Resale function at Comoto Holdings. Leading negotiations and strategy for procurement processes in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Master the Spend Map: Take ownership of all non-merchandise spend, transforming fragmented departmental purchasing into a cohesive, high-leverage strategy.
- Negotiate with Purpose: Lead high-stakes negotiations, focusing on long-term value, service levels, and risk protection rather than just the lowest bid.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as a strategic consultant to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), helping them navigate vendor selections that fuel their specific goals.
- Build the Engine: Design and implement best-in-class procurement processes that are scalable, transparent, and built for a high-growth environment.
- Protect the Road: Deeply analyze contracts and SLAs to ensure our partners are as committed to our success as we are, minimizing organizational exposure.
Requirements:
- 8+ Years of Procurement Grit: You’ve spent nearly a decade in the field, with at least 3 years leading strategy for non-inventory (GNFR) goods and services.
- The "Scaler" Toolkit: You have a deep mastery of procurement best practices and can professionalize an existing function without slowing it down.
- Contract & Negotiation Mastery: You have a documented track record of securing favorable terms and protecting the business through rigorous SLA enforcement.
- Analytical Precision: You are a data-driven problem solver who can dive into the details of spend analysis to find hidden efficiencies.
- High-Stakes Collaboration: You build immediate credibility with internal stakeholders and vendors alike, turning procurement into a partner, not a hurdle.
- Systems Expertise: You are proficient in modern procurement tools— Coupa experience is a major plus.
- Leadership & Credentials: You have a natural ability to manage a team and drive results; a certification like CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS is a strong signal of your expertise.
