Job Description
Product Analyst supporting the Product Team and enhancing client business processes through product management and data analysis. Collaborating with stakeholders on product development and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Team and their client business processes by maintaining and enhancing existing products and creating new ones
- Understand and communicate client business needs and issues, operating rules, data structures, and standard operating procedures
- Execute and suggest improvements to pre-defined operational procedures
- Implement process improvement in operational workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders regarding business objectives
- Support product management with product development, and execution
- Create technical requirements, user stories and test plans as part of an Agile methodological approach
- Compare datasets to ensure data quality and derive actionable insights
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones
- Conduct secondary research to keep the product quality best-in-class
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields. Master’s in engineering OR MBA/PGDM/Equivalent is preferred
- 1-2 years of domain expertise in market access secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, and patient service analytics, or other related strategic analytics and management consulting
- Strong Market Access business acumen with ability to understand and interpret information from multiple sources is preferred
- Familiarity with various datasets including Prescription, Medical and Pharmacy claims, Formulary datasets, and Specialty pharmacy
- 1 – 2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL, Python, R & Excel
- Experience in product development, management, or operations
- Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems
- Detail and results oriented with a strong focus on quality, analytics, operations, communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work with global teams across different time-zones.
