Job Description
Product Designer guiding and implementing user experience for Vivo, a leading telecommunications company. Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team for digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, usable, and effective interaction and visual design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Use business requirements, usability findings, and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
- Conduct user testing and/or guerrilla testing.
- Create responsive and native experiences, flows, user journeys, scenarios, conceptual sketches, and prototypes.
- Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.
- Advocate for an excellent customer experience, down to the details.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Designer, applying Information Architecture, Visual Design, UX Writing, qualitative and quantitative research, and facilitation methods.
- Experience using Design Systems and applying Accessibility principles.
- Knowledge of product development and technical aspects to ensure correct applicability of proposed solutions, using agile concepts.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, and/or other prototyping and interaction tools.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, an understanding of DesignOps, Design Systems, and Style Guides for the proper application and evolution of components.
- Portfolio is required; show us that you can create an experience. We accept Behance and Dribbble links as a portfolio.
- Motion design is a plus.
- Appetite for design trends, innovation, and interaction.
