Job Description
Product Designer creating UX/UI for Base360.ai’s AI-powered short-term rental management platform. Designing operational workflows, guest journeys, AI interactions, and scalable design systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design dashboards and workflows for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance, and finance
- Design interactions for configuring AI agents, understanding their actions, reviewing decisions, and intervening when needed
- Design onboarding and setup flows for connecting channels, adding properties, and quickly realizing platform value
- Create booking and guest journeys for direct bookings, check-in, extensions, and upsells
- Build reusable design-system components and consistent interaction patterns
- Design website landing pages, feature visuals, and launch assets
- Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces, and implementation reviews
- Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points
- Translate complex requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and polished interfaces
- Collaborate with engineers on real data, edge cases, and technical constraints
- Test ideas early, incorporate feedback, and improve experiences after launch
- Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and production
- Identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them through completion
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design
- Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or applications with complex workflows
- Strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, design systems, and interactive prototyping
- Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, and responsive design
- Ability to simplify complex information without hiding what users need
- Experience working directly with engineers and taking designs through production
- Clear communication and ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Ability to move forward while requirements are evolving
- Experience with short-term rentals, hospitality, AI products, conversion optimisation, or front-end development is a plus
- English proficiency is requested in the application form
