Job Description
Product Designer in the strategic design of large-scale digital products. Collaborating with teams to enhance user experience and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery and research processes (qualitative and quantitative) to support product decisions
- Design and evolve end-to-end user journeys, focusing on conversion, efficiency and retention
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and visual quality
- Prototype and validate solutions quickly, using user tests and experiments (A/B tests)
- Work with product metrics such as conversion, NPS, CES, engagement and recurrence
- Translate business requirements and data into clear and functional UX/UI solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and business teams
- Support strategic product decisions with an analytical mindset and results orientation
- Communicate concepts, hypotheses and solutions clearly to different audiences, including senior management
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Product Designer / Senior UX Designer in digital products
- Experience with large-scale products, e-commerce, D2C, fintech, SaaS or digital services
- Strong practice in UX Research, discovery, validation and experimentation
- Hands-on experience with data-driven design and product metrics
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience creating and evolving Design Systems
- Ability to balance business rules, usability and aesthetics
- Knowledge of A/B testing, data analysis and conversion optimization
- Excellent communication and collaborative work skills
- Strategic product vision combined with attention to detail
