Job Description
Product Designer für Impowers digitales Immobilienverwaltungs-Cloud-ERP. Übersetzt komplexe Immobilienverwaltungs-Workflows in intuitive, skalierbare Nutzererlebnisse.
Responsibilities:
- Own product design across key areas of the platform—from problem discovery through final implementation
- Translate complex, data-intensive workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs
- Collaborate asynchronously with Product and Engineering in a remote setup to ship high-quality features
- Actively contribute to the design system to ensure a high level of consistency across the platform
- Proactively communicate design decisions and actively solicit feedback through video calls, Loom, and Figma comments
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Design in a dynamic environment
- Experience with B2B or SaaS products is preferred
- Proven experience working successfully in remote teams
- Strong self-organization and proactive communication skills
- Strong UX thinking and excellent UI skills
- Experience with scalable design systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with modern AI and prototyping tools
- Ownership of complex problems, with the ability to work independently and take full responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- A portfolio is required for this position
