Job Description
Binance Product Manager leading TradFi clearing and settlement platform design and delivery. Driving reconciliation, fund flow, backend capabilities, metrics, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product design and delivery of the company's TradFi clearing and settlement platform
- Lead the product development roadmap and execution for the TradFi clearing and settlement platform, focusing on backend capabilities
- Lead the design of full lifecycle management: trade reconciliation, non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error handling, and settlement
- Define and monitor key system and business metrics, including false positive rate, processing time, and reliability, and drive continuous optimization through data and experimentation
- Partner with engineering, product managers, spot operations, futures operations, treasury, and finance teams to design systems for settlement, reconciliation, and fund flow management
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to integrate systems and investigate issues
- Identify system and process gaps and drive end-to-end execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in clearing & settlement, fintech, or platform/infrastructure products
- Background in Accountancy and/or Finance is an advantage
- Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design
- Familiarity with backend system design and APIs
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on system architecture
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using metrics to guide product decisions
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a global or multi-region environment
- Demonstrated ownership and structured thinking, with ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
