Job Description

Product Manager driving execution for Porch’s inspection software brands within its home services SaaS and insurance platform. Owning roadmaps, UX quality, technical delivery, and launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Own execution of the product roadmap for one or more inspection software brands: ISN, Home Inspector Pro, and Palmtech
  • Translate strategic priorities from the Head of Product into clear, actionable requirements
  • Participate in technical conversations with engineering, evaluating approaches, scoping tradeoffs, and making decisions on architecture and constraints
  • Drive UX outcomes, usability, and design quality across the team’s work
  • Manage and mentor Associate Product Managers
  • Review requirements and output, coach on prioritization and stakeholder communication, and maintain quality standards
  • Manage weekly stakeholder demos and quarterly leadership demos
  • Maintain Jira and Confluence documentation for roadmaps, specifications, and decisions
  • Own end-to-end launches, coordinating timelines, flagging risks, ensuring QA sign-off, and informing stakeholders
  • Use customer feedback from Intercom, Canny, NPS, sales/CS input, and other data to inform prioritization and identify gaps

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience
  • Substantial direct experience working with engineering teams on technical products
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply on architecture, tradeoffs, and constraints
  • Track record of meaningfully shaping product usability and design quality
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior PMs/APMs, or leading cross-functional execution without direct authority
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with feedback tools such as Pendo or Canny
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization
  • Ability to pull and interpret product usage and support data
  • Excellent written communication for actionable specifications and feedback
