Job Description
Product Manager shaping compliance-product strategy and launches for Motive’s fleet-management platform. Translating regulatory and customer needs into safer, lower-risk software.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution for compliance products within Motive’s Fleet Management portfolio
- Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap in alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals
- Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive compliance experiences that reduce operational risk
- Identify customer compliance pain points and opportunities and translate insights into product requirements and priorities
- Drive execution from concept through launch by managing tradeoffs and aligning teams on scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Use data and product metrics to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and continuously improve the customer experience
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering commercially successful software products
- Experience building compliance products or working on regulated products is a plus
- Strong customer empathy and product intuition
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics and evidence to validate assumptions and guide prioritization
- Sufficient technical depth to work effectively with engineers and contribute to strong product decisions
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence across functions and operate effectively with remote teams in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
- Must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
