Job Description
Product Manager leading AI-powered healthcare claims products at CVS Health. Owning discovery, delivery, data-science partnerships, and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and delivery for a focused squad from user research through product launch
- Conduct user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams
- Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery, including requirements, prioritization, and scope tradeoffs
- Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules
- Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Define and track success metrics tied to operational efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption
- Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated ownership of a product from discovery through delivery
- 2+ years of experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI, ML, or analytics-powered products
- 2+ years of experience conducting user research and translating complex operational workflows into buildable product requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizational environments with multiple technical and business stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, and scope management
- 2+ years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related analytical field
- Experience in healthcare claims processing, utilization management, or a similarly regulated, high-stakes workflow environment
- Background building products for frontline operations or internal enterprise users
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive data environments (PII, PHI, or equivalent)
- Experience with workflow analysis or operational efficiency tooling
