Job Description

Product Management Intern supporting AI and customer-service feature development at Businessolver, a benefits technology company. Analyzing data, testing functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Managers in defining and gathering requirements to build and launch features across Businessolver’s AI and customer service technology portfolio
  • Conduct data analysis and market research on user behavior, virtual assistant support, and HR/benefits trends to inform product decisions
  • Compile and analyze product metrics to assess feature performance and measure impact on the member experience
  • Test and validate functionality to ensure high-quality releases and optimize the user experience
  • Participate in daily scrum ceremonies and planning sessions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Software and Machine Learning Engineers, Computational Linguists, UX Designers, and Business Partners to deliver end-to-end product features
  • Gain hands-on experience working on conversational AI, user-centric product design, and internal tooling supporting millions of member interactions

Requirements:

  • The desire to pursue a career in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience or comfort using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in academic, professional, or personal settings
  • Curiosity about applying Generative AI to improve user experience, automate workflows, or inspire product innovation
  • Experience analyzing and auditing data leveraging MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Python)
  • A team player who has a track record to collaborate with a diverse group of people with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Highly collaborative and data-driven to solve complex problems
  • A passion for learning, solving problems, and seeking answers
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Minimum of 6-month commitment
