Job Description

Product Manager owning stablecoin-powered payments API infrastructure at Reap, a global fintech enabling business financial connectivity. Driving payment-domain strategy, compliance-ready API products, and AI-augmented product development across Asian markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a defined domain within the Payments product end-to-end, from problem definition and prioritisation through delivery and iteration
  • Develop deep understanding of clients, payment capabilities, and compliance requirements to make product decisions
  • Run structured discovery with clients and partners to identify gaps and validate direction
  • Identify domain gaps, risks, and opportunities proactively
  • Work with engineering, solutions architecture, compliance, and legal to drive product outcomes
  • Build relationships with external partners and clients to inform product direction
  • Communicate product decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to team strategy, operating model, and prioritisation discussions
  • Write precise product specifications for engineering, compliance, and legal review
  • Define domain success metrics and use data to evaluate progress
  • Maintain a high bar for product quality and product details
  • Use AI tooling for research, specification writing, competitive analysis, client communication, and strategic synthesis
  • Help embed AI-native practices across the team
  • Identify opportunities for AI-assisted product capabilities

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech, payments infrastructure, or B2B SaaS
  • Track record of independently owning significant product domains
  • Deep knowledge of payment networks, on/offramps, stablecoin use cases, FX, banking partners, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of AML, KYC/KYB, transaction screening/monitoring, fraud controls, and jurisdiction-specific obligations
  • End-to-end API experience, including reading specifications, evaluating integration designs, and writing API-level requirements
  • Active, demonstrated daily use of AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience with embedded finance and B2B/B2C payments infrastructure is nice to have
  • Experience building or prototyping AI-assisted internal tooling is nice to have
  • Independently driven, opinionated but intellectually honest, curious across domains, systems-thinking, and high ownership
