Job Description

Product Marketing Manager translating product capabilities for Public Sector customers. Engaging in market tracking and cross-functional team alignment to drive effective launches and sales enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate product direction and capabilities for Public Sector customers
  • Own and evolve solution-led positioning
  • Monitor market trends and buying patterns
  • Capture voice-of-market insights
  • Translate product roadmap updates into communications and enablement materials
  • Define packaging and launch strategy
  • Track launch success through adoption and user feedback
  • Analyze deal progression and develop tools to support late-stage deals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to support technically and operationally complex deals
  • Skilled in creating clear, differentiated messaging grounded in real customer and practitioner language
  • Experience establishing structured product marketing programs
  • Analytical and structured thinker comfortable working with pipeline data
  • Able to challenge views productively to bring rigor to positioning
  • Strong systems thinker who builds repeatable processes and scalable frameworks
  • Practical experience applying AI and modern tooling
