Job Description

Associate GTM Operations Analyst for creator-led growth platform managing the Deal Desk operation. Collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance to streamline deal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Deal Desk end-to-end: Manage the full lifecycle of deal desk cases — from intake to resolution — including quote adjustments, contract amendments, and approval routing. Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to keep deals on track and close velocity high.
  • Be the go-to for contract assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related requests across New Business, Expansion, and Renewal motions. Standardize processes, improve service levels, and proactively flag blockers to keep deals moving.
  • Support our GTM tech stack: Provide day-to-day support across tools like Gong, Apollo, DocuSign, Salesforce and HubSpot. Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions — ensuring permissions and profiles are correctly configured across all GTM tools.
  • Drive top-of-funnel hygiene: Manage lead assignments, resolve orphaned contacts, and maintain clean account ownership in Salesforce. Support Specialist team members by tracking their assigned cases in Notion and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Enable communication and alignment: Facilitate structured knowledge sharing across GTM teams, project-manage operational initiatives from planning through execution, and proactively surface risks and dependencies before they become blockers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal): You communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, and can translate complex operational details into simple, actionable language.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: You can juggle multiple open cases simultaneously without dropping the ball, track progress meticulously, and take pride in delivering accurate, thorough work on tight timelines.
  • Curious about SaaS and eager to grow: You don’t need to be a SaaS veteran, but you’re genuinely interested in how enterprise software companies go to market and are motivated to deepen your understanding of revenue operations, deal structures, and GTM tooling.
  • Flexible and reliable: You are comfortable with a schedule that includes shift coverage for two weeks per quarter to support end-of-quarter deal closing activity — understanding that revenue doesn’t always close at 5pm.
  • Customer-facing and collaborative: You thrive in a role that requires daily interaction with Sales, CS, Marketing, Legal, and Finance. You bring a service-first mindset to every interaction and understand that your responsiveness and accuracy directly impact the company’s bottom line.

Benefits:

  • People: work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.
  • Guidance: utilize our learning platform to fully get the training and tools you’ll need to become successful here from your first day with us.
  • Surprise meal stipends: work from home can’t stop the enjoyment of someone else making a meal for you!
  • Work/life harmony: 20 days vacation, floating and set holidays, wellness allowance, and paid parental leave.
  • Whole Health Package: medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and more.
  • Work from home stipend: to assist you in setting up a home office that works for you (or buy a new dog leash - your choice!).
