Job Description
Implementation Specialist for accounting automation solutions at Finmatics, optimizing business processes and providing user training and support. Collaborating closely with clients to deploy tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You play a key role in implementing our solutions for our customers.
- You work closely with end users and key users to optimize their business processes and ensure our software is used effectively.
- You are responsible for training, supporting, and optimizing product usage to ensure long-term success.
- You coordinate cross-functional teams to configure the software optimally and maximize automation.
- You collect customer feedback, relay it to the Account Manager (ACM), and work closely with requirements engineering to ensure customer needs are incorporated into product development.
- You support user training and act as a functional and technical point of contact for users.
- You resolve user issues in close collaboration with technical support and ensure service levels are met.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial accounting or tax advisory, ideally in a DATEV environment (customer familiarity / "know your customer")
- Experience in project or process management, preferably in a SaaS or DATEV environment (customer- and solution-oriented B2B consulting, results-driven approach, proactive prioritization and execution of tasks)
- Inclusive communicator who can easily collaborate with multiple stakeholders (strong communication skills)
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced scale-up environment (flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset)
- Excellent spoken and written German and English
