Job Description
Product Specialist onboarding, troubleshooting, and supporting CLO and fund compliance implementations at Octus. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and clients for seamless implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding activities for CLO and fund compliance implementations
- Troubleshoot product and compliance issues by investigating reported defects or discrepancies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, developers, and product teams
- Provide training, guidance, and support materials to clients and internal partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering client and internal feedback
Requirements:
- Experience working with CLO indentures, compliance tests, and reporting practices
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Understanding of core financial data domains including issuers, instruments, industries, ratings, and pricing of financial products
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, perform data validation and reconciliation, use formulas and functions, and create clear, well-structured worksheets to support analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting activities.
