Job Description
Product Support Specialist analyzing Implementation and Integration requests for EnableComp Systems. Supporting operations staff by diagnosing and reporting product related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing Implementation and Integration requests to support the implementation and Operations departments as new clients and products are onboarded/integrated into EnableComp Systems.
- Diagnose and report product related issues to support our operations staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Familiar with claims and IT systems.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Proven experience writing business requirements and/or creating business rule specifications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with competing priorities successfully.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing initiatives, small projects among business operations and IT staff.
- Highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally moves about inside the office to access office equipment, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a copy/scan/print machine, phone, and computer.
