Job Description
Program Manager to manage technology programs for global clients in Banking & Financial Services. Coordinating teams, ensuring project success, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology programs and projects within the Banking & Financial Services domain
- Coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted delivery partner
- Support account management and business development activities by identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating with sales teams
- Monitor project budgets, revenue, resource utilization, and financial performance to ensure successful program execution
- Prepare and present project status reports, MIS reports, risk assessments, and executive updates
- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation
- Apply established project management methodologies to manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and project governance
- Work within Agile and Scrum delivery environments, supporting effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to project estimations, planning, and solution discussions during pre-sales and project initiation phases
- Travel to customer locations as required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience managing technology programs or multiple projects in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery best practices
- Experience in account management and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities for expanding client engagements
- Previous experience in a technical role such as Technical Lead, Software Engineer, or Solution Lead before moving into program management
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills
- Experience managing project budgets, revenue tracking, forecasting, and MIS reporting
- Mandatory experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain
- Experience with Agile project scoping is an advantage
- Willingness to travel on short notice based on project requirements
