Job Description
Program Manager overseeing software implementation projects to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery. Leading project teams and managing interdependencies across a diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive a program plan, including interdependencies across projects.
- Prepare, plan, and lead program updates to internal stakeholders.
- Become a trusted advisor of the client Intapp sponsor and senior/executive client stakeholders.
- Dive into the details to assist project managers during critical project phases.
- Provide management in a matrixed capacity to project managers and Intapp services professionals.
- Manage escalations swiftly with senior client leaders.
- Negotiate with senior level management to gain win/win resolutions.
- Identify and match the skills of the project team members with projects, including subcontractors.
- Leverage and incorporate innovative methodologies to accelerate delivery and time to value.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of program direction/management experience in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of delivering a diverse portfolio of software products and solutions for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company or functional role.
- Legal, Consulting, Accountancy (Big 4) or Risk experience a huge plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, must be detail-oriented.
- Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with demanding internal and external customers.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Bachelor’s degree.
