Job Description

Project Administrator providing data entry and administrative support for site and project teams. Ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance tracking, and project data management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting site teams in recording daily costs, data entry, and managing compliance documentation
  • Handling staff onboarding and inductions, including updating data such as licence information and related records
  • Data entry for new and existing projects, including procurement-related data entry
  • Registrations of plant and equipment
  • Weekly prestart and checklist reporting
  • Handling general information email enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and organized project records and documentation
  • Supporting project teams with administrative and coordination tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of data entry efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and a strong team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills for handling email enquiries
  • Prior experience in project support, administration, or data entry roles is preferred
  • Mature and professional approach to work
