Job Description
Marketing Analyst managing project teams and engaging with internal clients at +A Educação. Focused on digital marketing initiatives and effective project management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between internal clients and the Marketing teams
- Support the definition of priorities
- Participate in meetings and maintain relationships with internal clients to understand requests, pitch ideas, and coordinate with the creative team
- Document processes to record agreements
- Prepare briefings for the teams involved in the project
- Create meeting agendas
- Manage tasks and assignees within ClickUp
- Analyze data related to requests and team productivity, generating insights to help organize work
- Mediate situations, adjust deadlines, and negotiate with stakeholders involved in the production flow
- Monitor deliverables from the creative teams
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing, with a focus on digital
- Knowledge of creative processes
- Experience managing editorial calendars
- Internal capacity management
- Control of SLAs and team KPIs
- Experience managing clients and projects
- Preferred experience with ClickUp (management tool)
- Preferred experience with agile methodologies and organizing squads
- Preferred knowledge of LLM tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini
- Proactivity, strong communication skills, flexibility, excellent organization, emotional intelligence for conflict management, and good interpersonal skills are important for this role
