Job Description
Commercial Marketing Manager focusing on lead generation and marketing performance for insurance brands in the UK and expansion markets. Collaborating with teams to improve sales and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Support revenue-focused marketing strategies to increase quotes, sales, partner acquisition, and commercial brand awareness across multiple markets.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital, offline, phone-first, partner-led, and sales-supported marketing channels.
- Drive high-intent lead generation and partner growth for commercial customer segments while supporting product launches and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop and localise campaign messaging, offers, marketing copy, and customer journeys to suit different regions and target audiences.
- Identify, test, and optimise routes to market, including partners, directories, aggregators, trade associations, and partner-led distribution channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key marketing metrics, and improve landing pages, conversion pathways, and customer enquiry journeys to maximise results.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, BDM, contact centre, and commercial teams to support campaign delivery, lead conversion, compliance, and overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in commercial, performance, growth, B2B, or partner marketing within a revenue-focused environment.
- Proven experience driving lead generation, customer acquisition, sales growth, conversion improvement, and revenue-focused marketing outcomes.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, multi-channel campaigns, partner acquisition, and sales-aligned marketing activities.
- Experience working closely with sales teams, BDMs, contact centres, and stakeholders to support campaign execution and lead conversion.
- Strong analytical, organisational, project management, copywriting, and campaign optimisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in market expansion, product launches, regulated industries, or partner-led commercial environments is highly desirable.
