Job Description
Project and Program Manager leading complex cross-functional initiatives across various sectors. Managing project lifecycles, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, and risks remotely across the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Manage budgets and project timelines
- Mitigate project risks
- Foster a collaborative environment
- Lead and deliver complex initiatives across various sectors
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management
- Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- PMP or similar project management certification (preferred)
- Experience in IT or software development environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello (preferred)
