Job Description
Project Coordinator role managing client onboarding for AI-driven learning platforms. Support and ensure smooth execution while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers in successfully utilizing our learning platform
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, training sessions, and troubleshooting calls
- Set up and manage project plans (templates provided)
- Proactively follow up on project milestones and deadlines
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
- Identify and solve issues as they arise
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Report bugs and document product feedback
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, support, or client-facing roles
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- Excellent communication and expectation management skills
- Confidence in meeting facilitation
- Ability to think both critically and creatively
- Growth mindset with a coaching attitude
- Comfortable working to deadlines and iterating quickly based on feedback
- Adaptable and quick to learn
